TERMS AND CONDITIONS

‍These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by StoriesLand B.V. By visiting our website or working with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

‍2. Our Services

‍We are a creative studio offering:

- Video production (animated, branded, social)
- Content strategy and storytelling
- Rebranding and creative direction
- Multi-platform content systems (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)

A detailed proposal or scope of work will be provided for each project before engagement.

‍3. Project Start & Payment Terms

- A signed proposal or written agreement is required before project kickoff.
- A deposit (30–50%) may be required upfront.
- Remaining balances are invoiced upon delivery or at key milestones.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to pause or delay a project if payment terms are not met.

‍4. Revisions & Deliverables

‍Each project includes a set number of feedback rounds (usually 1–2 per stage).
Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope will be quoted separately.
Final files are delivered in standard formats (e.g. .mp4, .mov, .pdf).
Editable project/source files (e.g. After Effects, Figma) are not included unless agreed beforehand.

‍5. Intellectual Property

‍All work created by StoriesLand remains our property until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, you are granted a license to use the deliverables for agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, website, social media). You may not resell or sublicense our work without written permission.

‍6. Confidentiality

‍We treat your information with care and confidentiality. Any material shared with us for the project will not be shared externally or reused without consent.

‍7. Portfolio Rights

‍Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio, on our website, or social platforms for promotional purposes.

‍8. Limitation of Liability

‍StoriesLand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss related to your use of our services or deliverables. We are not responsible for final distribution, legal compliance of client campaigns, or third-party misuse.

‍9. Termination

‍You may cancel a project at any time in writing.
You will be invoiced for all completed work and time booked up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if communication or payment is unreasonably delayed.

‍10. Legal Jurisdiction

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union (GDPR compliant). Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Amsterdam.
